At its quadrennial conference, the United Methodist Church voted against softening its policy against “same-sex relationships.” Roughly 60% of the delegates voted to retain the denomination’s policy that homosexual relationships “are incompatible with Christian teaching” (“Methodists Vote,” USA Today, May 4, 2012). This means that 40% of the delegates blatantly voted against the Bible. Homosexual advocates wore rainbow stoles and interrupted the meeting with their ungodly, boisterous, pompous, demanding protests.
